CreatorKit Terms of Use
1. Service Description
CreatorKit is an AI-assisted content creation tool that helps short-form video creators generate scripts, refine copy, suggest covers, and spark ideas.
2. AI-Generated Content
All AI-generated content is for reference only. You bear full responsibility for using or publishing AI-generated content. AI-generated content does not represent the views or positions of CreatorKit. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
3. User Conduct
You may not use the app to generate unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or infringing content. You may not impersonate other people or brands. If we detect violations, we may suspend or terminate your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Pro subscriptions auto-renew. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Refund policies follow Apple’s and Google’s respective rules.
5. Intellectual Property
Content you generate with CreatorKit belongs to you. The CreatorKit app interface, brand assets, icons, and underlying technology belong to the CreatorKit team.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If you detect unauthorized use, contact us immediately.
7. Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. We will notify users in advance of material changes.
8. Disclaimer
CreatorKit is provided “as is”. We make no warranty regarding uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
