01How does the AI quota work?
All AI features (Ideas, Script, Caption, Cover, Calendar) share one daily + weekly pool. Free: 3/day, 15/week. Pro Weekly: 10/50. Pro Monthly: 20/100. Pro Yearly: 40/200. Daily window resets at local midnight; weekly window resets on local Monday midnight.
02How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro quota stays usable until then.
03Can I request a refund?
iOS: file at reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: open the order in Google Play. We honor Apple / Google's refund rules and do not double-charge.
04Who owns AI-generated content?
Within compliant use, you own the AI-generated scripts, captions, and cover suggestions. See Section 5 of the Terms of Use for the licensing details.
05When will image / video generation ship?
No public ETA yet. We notify Pro subscribers 1–2 weeks before launch via in-app notice + email; the public update lands in the Roadmap section.
06How do I delete my account?
Profile → Account → Delete account. Recoverable for 30 days; permanently erased afterward.
07Why pick CreatorKit over ChatGPT or Claude?
General LLMs aren't tuned for the short-form pipeline. CreatorKit scripts include shot rhythm and hook beats, captions match each platform's voice, covers come with composition and palette, and everything drops into a content calendar. Combined with the shared quota, it removes per-token guesswork and saves 1–2 hours per piece versus stitching prompts by hand.
08Does the server store my inputs or AI outputs?
No. CreatorKit does not persist your inputs or AI outputs on the server. Conversations live on-device; account sync is opt-in. See the Privacy Policy for details.
09Does my Pro subscription sync across iPhone, iPad, and Android?
Inside the Apple ecosystem (iPhone / iPad / Mac on Apple Silicon) the same Apple ID shares the subscription automatically. Android shares via the same Google account on signed-in devices. iOS and Android are separate IAP loops — for cross-platform you need to subscribe on each.
10Which short-form platforms does the caption optimizer support?
Five today: Douyin, WeChat Channels, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The optimizer rewrites for each platform's tone, length, and hashtag conventions.
11Which interface languages do you support?
English and Simplified Chinese today. AI generation handles multi-language input and output. Traditional Chinese and Japanese UI are on the roadmap.
12Can I export my ideas, scripts, or captions?
Yes. Every AI output supports one-tap copy as plain text; scripts and calendar exports to Markdown / PDF are planned. Email us if you need a specific format.
